La Fleurie is a 200 year old farmhouse situated in the heart of the beautiful Perigord Noir in the Dordogne department of South West France. We are within striking distance of four airports, Bergerac (42 miles), Limoges (90 miles), Bordeaux (113 miles) and Rodez (118 miles), all of which are served by the budget airlines. Only a 300 metre walk into the hilltop village of Marquay with its Romanesque church, two restaurants and shop. We are also only a 15 minute drive from mediaeval Sarlat - a beautiful, bustling market town with the highest concentration of 15th century architecture in Europe. Whether it's walking in the beautiful countryside, horse riding, canoeing, hot air ballooning, fishing or haggling for a bargain at a local market, your break can be as relaxing or as adventurous as you like. If you just want a quiet time to recharge your batteries simply laze by the pool or stroll into the village for a meal or a drink in the bar tabac. We've been accommodating individuals, couples and families for many years. We know the area and the local people well and will do all we can to make your stay in this beautiful part of France one to remember.
